Antonietta Vitetta:

Founder and Principal Wellness Coach

As the principal wellness coach, Ant as she affectionately known to her clients, is driven by facilitating change. Whether that be through personal training, weight management, specialized cancer exercise movement, kinesiology or a combination of all.

As a highly qualified Personal Trainer, Cancer Exercise trainer, nutrition coach and Kinesiology Practitioner, Ant is committed to making a difference in her clients’ lives. With an extensive range of qualifications Ant can provide unique programs to increase your strength and fitness, correct muscle imbalances, promote mindfulness, improve pain, anxiety, stress, sleep, nutrition and balance your overall wellbeing to promote homeostasis, ensuring the body and mind are a seamless connection.

Drawing from Ant’s personal experience and her specialized advanced training as a Cancer Exercise specialist (CETI- Cancer Exercise Training Institute). Ant brings empathy, experience and expertise to help provide strength, flexibility, mobility, dignity and compassion throughout your cancer treatment, pre-post-cancer treatments and surgeries.

Ant specialises in working with mature clients to support their strength, flexibility and mobility through a range of tailored resistance and cardiovascular training techniques. Ant’s passion, energy and vivacious personality helps to get the best out of each training session.

Leisa Sparkman:

fitness instructor and remedial massage specialist

Professionally trained in Pilates and all areas of Remedial Massage from sports to rehabilitation. Leisa specialises in low-impact training techniques using flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements in her training programs.

Incorporating a variety of techniques that encompass the Pilates methodology, Leisa zones in on certain elements within her training to emphasize correct postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Coupled with her Pilates expertise Leisa is also a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, making her the perfect all-rounder. Professionally trained in the art of remedial massage, Leisa offers an extension to her Pilates training to address pain and injury management through massage.

Working across all age groups with both men and women, Leisa draws upon her own personal experience when it comes to weight control, pre- and post-natal depression, and post-operative training.

As an engaging and optimistic trainer Leisa takes the time to understand each of her clients and uses a wide range of training techniques to bring out the best from each session and as a whizz in the kitchen Leisa is also known for sharing her delicious recipes.

Lynne Pennington:

Personal Trainer

Starting off her fitness career as a physiotherapist, Lynne worked for 16 years in both hospital and private settings. She developed a special interest in sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.  Her knowledge and skills gained from firsthand experience have been very valuable in her work as a personal trainer.

With almost ten years’ experience as a Personal Trainer, Lynne’s forte is training clients in small groups in an outdoor setting where possible.  Lynne uses the energy generated from the group to bring out each client’s optimal athletic ability, working closely with each of her clients to help them achieve their goals.

Lynne’s motivated by observing her client’s overall health and well-being develop through her continual support and encouragement. As a self-motived trainer, Lynne is driven to continually develop her skills and extend her knowledge to compliment her extensive breadth of training programs.

With recent studies in kick boxing, corrective exercise and development of core stability to further compliment her training, Lynne’s clients reap the reward of Lynne’s development and growth within the industry.

Similarly, to Ant, Lynne is a qualified Cancer Exercise Specialist and offers the comfort, expertise and understanding that is needed to work within this specialised area.

Ruth Henwood:

Vinyasa Yoga- trained at Moksha yoga academy and Zenergy yoga academy

Her personal approach to Yoga and Meditation heightens clients’ connection through increased strength, balance and stretching during every session.

Through Yoga and Meditation Ruth brings the calm and mental wellbeing to the BodyMotive group incorporating the mind, body, spirit philosophy.

As a primary school teacher and a mother of two gorgeous girls Ruth knows firsthand what the pressures of life can have on our health and wellbeing. Committed to empowering, nurturing and Vinyasa teachings Ruth brings a sense of calm whilst working both your body and mind.

Ruth’s ultimate goal is to leave you with mindfulness and the feeling of Post Yoga Glow.

Chilli:

BodyMotive’s Super Dog

Chilli the Super Dog is a founding member of the BodyMotive team, and is so much more than just a dog. As a much-loved team member, she has been known to frequently visit the studio to deliver a little distraction or just to say a warm hello.

With intuitive timing and her ability to spread cheer she reads the state of play within the studio extremely well, knowing when to visit or to stay away.
