BELIEVE, MOTIVATE, STRENGTHEN, ACHIEVE.

These four words above are what inspired me to move from the Corporate World into the Fitness World. I've always loved working with people and now I have the opportunity to facilitate the change in people's lives every day.

I want to promote, motivate and strengthen both the body and mind to lead a healthy, happy and active lifestyle. More importantly, I want to instill the belief in people that whatever the goals they've set themselves, they can achieve

Mature Age Small Group classes: Increases flexibility, mobility and range of movement to ensure a quality, independent and fulfilling lifestyle.

Small Group Circuit classes: providing a combination of strength, balance, resistance and cardiovascular training.

Women classes: promoting flexibility, strength and agility to increase fitness with specialised resistance and cardiovascular training.

Personal training: working together to set and achieve your goals ensuring that you become the best you can be. 

Provide advice: nutrition, posture, flexibility and strength.
